'How To Get Started In Voice Over' LAUNCH!

Updated: Mar 8

Take the new How-To course on Udemy!

I'm really excited to release something I've been keeping under wraps for a little while. This project has been a little piece of passion for a while.

For more than a few years, I've been getting questions from anyone and everyone wanting advice on how to get started in voice-over. I can't blame you. I got started because I asked someone! It starts with how much info someone is willing to give you. After that, it's how much you're willing to do with it.

But in the years since I started, lots of things have changed. I've also struggled a lot with the little things. The person I asked told me one thing: 1 website where to go make a VO profile. He didn't give me any other advice (mics, space, software, etc). I stumbled on all that other stuff myself.

So, if you're looking to dip into VO, and you're also willing to sit and listen to me talk about it for over 30 minutes (including making bad jokes about audio tapes and memes), check out the new video.

If you want to go the extra step, take the follow-up course I made about how to build your own audio booth. You can learn step-by-step, and get a downloadable infographic with live links, resources, and a full supply list!
